Content policy
Version 2026-09-18 · Star Elements · questions to support@starelements.net
Star Elements Games is for everyone-friendly and kid-friendly content. These rules apply to every game at every rating, to uploads, to names and answers typed by players, and to requests made to the AI builder.
Not allowed anywhere
- Sexual or adult content of any kind.
- Racism, hate speech, slurs or content that demeans a group of people.
- Harassment, bullying, or content that targets or exposes a private individual.
- Graphic violence, gore, threats, or the promotion of self-harm.
- Illegal activity, and content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
Kids-rated games
Games rated for kids also exclude alcohol, drugs, gambling, frightening imagery and romantic themes, and use a stricter word filter for player names and answers.
Your uploads
You may upload pictures, posters, stills and clips only if you own them or have the right to use them (a licence, permission, public domain, Creative Commons, or a fair-use educational purpose). "Available on the internet" is not the test. You are responsible for what you upload and you indemnify Star Elements for claims about it.
How the rules are enforced
- The AI builder declines prohibited requests, including attempts to disguise them, and does not repeat the text. Every refusal is logged.
- Question text is checked when you save. Uploaded images are checked automatically. Player names and typed answers are filtered live; a second blocked entry removes the player from the game.
- Every player screen has a Report link. The Star Elements team reviews reports within a day.
Strikes and escalation
Over a rolling 90 days: a first block is a warning by email; a second quarantines the game and alerts the Star Elements team; a third suspends the account pending review. Sexual content involving minors, credible threats or doxxing suspend the account immediately and are reported where the law requires. You can appeal any strike by replying to the notice.
Takedown notices
Send copyright or other takedown notices to support@starelements.net with the game or question, the work concerned and your contact details. We act within 48 hours.
